Walk to Downtown Pet Friendly

Perfect unit for two moms and daughters to visit the beautiful Auburn campus. Private spaces (very large bedrooms with private bathrooms) and big enough shared space. The unit was very clean, our host provided clear directions and it was all very easy and convenient. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Carter’s recently updated condo. It was convenient to everything, and perfect for the two of us, although it would be great for two couples also with the two comfortable king bedrooms and baths. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. My wife actually lived in this complex years ago so it was a nice trip down memory lane. It was close to everything, really clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We can't wait to stay there again.

Beautiful place! It was perfect for our group of four. Central locations to tons of places and the owner is amazing at communication. Lovely set up and we loved the little personal touches within the place. If I had to make a suggestion it would only be to add a full body mirror and include hangers in the closets. Either way everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay! Would stay here time and time again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful 2-bedroom condo in Auburn, AL! The standout feature for me was the enchanting spiral staircase that added a unique touch to the space. Carter is a top tier host! He was extremely proactive, highly communicative and just an all-around nice person. The space was very cozy and clean. I really enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen. It was fully stocked with all of the utensils, glasses, plates, etc and cookware I needed (bring your own spices and such). The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We slept like babies. We appreciated the modern touches and the LOCATION. We felt very safe and it’s close to restaurants, shopping, etc. - very walkable which is super convenient. I highly recommend this space!

We had a lovely stay at Carter’s place. It was very clean and the location can’t be beat. The apartment is nice and very thoughtfully furnished with lots of little details and amenities. Carter is quick to respond and check in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Carter's rental was very well-appointed and VERY clean. We only stayed one night but the upstairs loft was perfect for my kids and they were delighted by the spiral staircase. Plenty of hot water for 4 showers/baths. Safe area. The rental was spotless and well-decorated. Close to campus and walkable. Would stay here again!

Carter's place was exactly as described. There isn't a better location for the price. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra little things such as coffee, creamer, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay that is walkable to campus and downtown.

Very convenient location. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside of the condo facility was not as nice as some of the surrounding buildings so I was initially a little concerned. However, the condo was great and well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed in a hotel the following night in another city and wanted to be back in Carter's condo.

Great stay and ideal location for us plus the communication was seamless and access to the unit easy too! We will stay there again!

Carter was very responsive and helpful. The place was just as described. The outside reminds me of a campus apartment but the inside is beautiful. It was just 2 blocks walking distance from a really good hole in the wall restaurant called "Insomnia" and they are open late night (1am). We needed to extend our stay and Carter set it up for me hassle free. Would definitely recommend. Great place! Great hosts!

Great place for Auburn parents to stay for a couple of nights.

Our stay was great! We were in and out for a college visit for our daughter. The location was more than ideal! Everything was clean, the kids loved the upstairs space, and we’d definitely choose this space again should we find ourselves back in Auburn!!

A lovely spot close to downtown and the university, it was very easy to walk to the main areas to get some food and drink or see the markets. Everything you need is available at the property and it was clean and comfortable.

Came down for Auburn Football camp. My boys enjoyed the space.

This place is so cute, practical and within walking distance to Auburn University and downtown Auburn without being as loud as places closer to downtown. Carter has thought of everything, really cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was at home with blankets to use while watching TV and lots of amenities (dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, variety of K cups with cream and sugar). Carter was flexible with my check in as I was moving from another airbnb to this one, he allowed me to get in earlier so I didnt have to find a place to wait between stays. This place is close to my son's new apartment so we will definitely be back.
